I'm so glad H got Kyle away from Julia. I do have a question though. Isn't Kyle like 17 or something? I thought, when he was introduced at the beginning of season 6, that he was 16. Wouldn't he only be about 17 or even still 16 now? If that's the case, he isn't old enough to live on his own, unless the state of Florida considers you an adult at the age of 17. Otherwise, I liked the episode. It was a little weird with the brother and sister having a baby together. Anyone else have any thoughts on this episode?

I agree csiwolfe. Kyle is only 17 years old or so and for him to be able to live alone like that he had to file to be an emancipated minor until he reaches age of majority....
However, also, I dont get why Horatio wouldnt take in his own son? In the light of the old episodes, we have seen Horatio with children, such as Madison, and he is so good with them. Why wouldn't he want to let Kyle live with him so they can get to know one another? Seems really at odds to me....
Then Tara, stealing pills? Surprised with that one...

With Tara and the pills, I was shocked. I think she might have taken them because Ryan had said that she aggravated an old shoulder injury or something. Maybe she was needing them for pain. I'd think she would just go to a doctor or write her own script for that. Wonder if they're setting us up for something in the future with her and drugs?

I LOVED this one! don't know if I believe the way they did the party thing at the beginning. wouldn't he have fallen sooner? the wooden gazebo thingy wasn't strong enough to stand up even after the body fell.
